  1. What does your organization do?

    Keuka Housing Council is a not-for-profit Rural Preservation Company established to bring affordable, safe, decent and sanitary housing to modest income people and their families in Yates County. For a list of specific programs and services we provide, visit our What We Do section.

  3. We have a responsibility to our community and our donors and work hard to ensure long-term sustainability of the organization. We make our IRS Form 990 available for review, as required by law. Visit our Financials page to learn more.

  4. How long is the waitlist for your rental units?

    Our waitlist for our rental units depends on our current tenants and their needs, as well as the needs and accessibility of potential tenants.

  5. Does your organization offer alternative communication methods?

    Yes, in addition to providing in-person housing counseling, if you prefer an alternative method of communication we are able to accommodate phone and/or video meetings.
